Track record

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I ran creators and paid ads as one loop: experiments, losers killed early, one number to protect. Same playbook here, with lash, brow and hair creators filming UKLASH serums. I have not run the beauty category, so the claims sheet comes first and your lead sets its limits.

Why now

  • 53,262

Reviews on Lash Growth Serum 1ml

The product page shows 53,262 reviews at 4.8 out of 5. Creators start with a serum that already has proof behind it.

    Published
  • 20%

    Subscribe today and save 20%

A subscription offer already exists. A creator can show the routine and the reorder in one video.

    Published
  • 10%

    First-order offer in place

The checkout already carries 10% off a first order, so a creator video can end on a real offer, not an invented code.

    Published
  • £25

    Free shipping threshold

Free shipping on all orders over £25 gives creators a concrete line for set and kit videos.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views, with a £1 target. Every creator, format and bonus is judged against it, not against likes or follower counts.

  2. One variable per test

Seven videos per creator each week means 303 a month at ten creators. Each test changes the hook or the shot, never both.

  3. Losers killed early

Weak hooks are cut in the Monday review. Winners go into the hook library and get briefed to the next creators.

  4. Claims sheet before camera

No creator films until the sheet is signed off. Lines come from UKLASH's own wording, and the monthly ceiling stays at £15,000.

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. MayaMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief: show Lash Growth Serum 1ml going on, then mascara. Seven videos per creator, one variable per test: change only the hook. The claims sheet is pinned.

  2. JessTue 8:30 AM

Can I say the serum grows my lashes back after I shed them?

No. Say what you did and read the brand line: 85% longer and 80% fuller-looking lashes. It is the brand's result, not yours.

  3. Report botAppMon 8:30 AM

Monday report posted: videos, views, cost per 1,000 views against the £1 target, claims flags. Two hooks tagged as losers and cut.

  4. MayaWed 8:30 AM

Draft sent back: the caption promises guaranteed results. Remove it, add the paid partnership label, then resend before posting.

  5. Report botAppThu 8:30 AM

The gel-then-mascara video passed 100,000 views, organic only. £50 flat queued. One bonus per creator per month.

  6. MayaFri 8:30 AM

Check: every live video carries the paid partnership label and uses only claims-sheet lines. Reply done once yours is checked.

  7. PriyaFri 8:30 AM

Done. Two older videos fixed as well, labels added and one caption trimmed to the sheet.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Serum, start to finish

    Brief 01

    Serum, start to finish

“Six weeks with one serum. Here is what I noticed.”

Close-up, natural light. Show the bottle, the application along the lash line, then bare lashes before mascara.

  2. Brow check-in

    Brief 02

    Brow check-in

“My brow serum check-in, same light, same angle.”

Same spot, same lighting each time. Film the brows straight on, then apply Eyebrow Growth Serum and say what you see.

  3. Hair routine

    Brief 03

    Hair routine

“What my hair routine looks like, serum first.”

Wash-day or styling shot. Show the Hair Growth Serum bottle, the application at the roots and the full routine order.

  4. Lash and brow set unboxing

    Brief 04

    Lash and brow set unboxing

“Unboxing the lash and brow set, then a real application.”

Unbox on camera, read the sizes aloud from the box, then apply both serums in one take.

  5. Gel then mascara lift test

    Brief 05

    Gel then mascara lift test

“Gel, then mascara. Watch the lift.”

Front-facing, one lash before and after Lash Lift Gel, then mascara. No filters and no edits to the lash.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the results after 12 weeks of use, we will give your money back”, “Free shipping on all orders over £25”, “82% saw visibly lifted lashes instantly”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Existing customers

Reviewers of Lash Growth Serum 1ml, where 53,262 reviews are shown. People already using it are the easiest to brief honestly.

  • Before-and-after creators

Beauty creators who already post lash, brow and hair progress with fixed light and angle. UKLASH has a Before and after page to match.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

An affiliate or ambassador page was not found on the site, so the program starts with direct outreach and a short application.

  • Routine and kit reviewers

Creators who review sets and kits, such as The Lash Journey Kit and Lash Growth Serum + Eyebrow Growth Serum Set, and film the full routine.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Real routine on camera

Past videos show a lash, brow or hair routine filmed close to the face, not stock footage.

  2. 2Claims discipline

Passes a test: reads the claims sheet and rewrites one hook without a health promise.

  3. 3Honest comments

Replies to comments with real answers and does not hide the sponsored label.

  4. 4Clean footage

Natural light, steady hand, readable product label and sizes.

  5. 5Seven a week

Can post seven videos a week for six weeks without the quality dropping.

Part 7 of 15

Who we want

  • Lash newcomer

Wants to try a serum before committing. The starter size is £18.00, a natural first video.

Likely product: Lash Growth Serum 1ml

  • Brow tracker

Films brows weekly in the same light and says what changed, in her own words.

    Likely product: Eyebrow Growth Serum

  • Hair routine maker

Shows wash-day, serum and capsules together as one routine, with the brand's size and supply labels read out.

Likely product: Hair Growth Serum + Advanced Hair Supplements

  • Mascara tester

Does a clean lift test: curl, mascara, same face, no filter, front-facing.

Likely product: Tubing Mascara - Black and Mocha Set

  • Lift tutorial maker

Teaches the lift step by step and shows how the gel sits under mascara.

    Likely product: Lash Lift Gel

  • Kit and gift reviewer

Unboxes the full kit and walks through every piece, naming what each one is for.

Likely product: The Lash Journey Kit

Left off, every time

Never recruit anyone who promises hair-loss results or cures a condition, who edits lashes or brows in post, who hides the paid label, or who compares UKLASH to other brands. Category rule: only the brand's own wording, attributed to the brand.

Claims sheet

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “World's no.1 Rated Lash, Brow & Hair Serums”

Opening line of a serum video, said as the brand's own title.

  • “longer and healthier lashes, brows and hair”

Brand's description of what its products work to create. Attribute it to UKLASH.

  • “85% longer and 80% fuller-looking lashes”

Lash Growth Serum 1ml videos, always said as the brand's own result.

  • “82% saw visibly lifted lashes instantly”

Lash Lift Gel videos, read as the brand's figure, not the creator's.

  • “95% saw longer-looking lashes”

Tubing Mascara videos, attributed to the brand.

  • “In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the results after 12 weeks of use, we will give your money back”

Sets that carry the guarantee, such as The Champions Trio.

  • “Free shipping on all orders over £25”

Closing line of a set or kit video.

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • It grows your lashes back after shedding

A promise of outcome. Only the brand's wording is allowed.

  • It fixes thinning hair

Health outcome claim the creator cannot make.

  • Better than other lash serums

A comparison with other brands. Not allowed.

  • Guaranteed results in days

The brand's own guarantee is about twelve weeks of use, not days.

  • Safe for everyone, including pregnancy

Safety advice is not on the claims sheet.

  • Replaces what your doctor tells you about hair loss

Medical advice. Creators stay in their lane.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • 86% of participants experienced a reduction in hair loss after taking AnaGain NU for two months

A health result. Confirm with the brand how it may be quoted and which footnote goes with it.

  • This set combines the UK's #1 Lash Serum

A ranking claim. Confirm the source and date before creators repeat it.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    £300–600

    a month, by band

Starter: new creators with a small, honest lash audience; the low cap keeps early tests cheap.

    Bonus at the cap: £300

  • Standard

    £500–1,000

    a month, by band

Standard: creators who deliver seven videos a week and pass the claims check.

    Bonus at the cap: £500

  • Premium

    £800–1,500

    a month, by band

Premium: proven creators whose videos beat the cost target and carry set and kit stories.

    Bonus at the cap: £700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    £0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +£50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month: £50 flat once a video passes 100,000 views.
  • Per video: the £50 attaches to the single video that crosses 100,000 views, not to the whole batch.
  • Organic views only. Views from paid use do not count toward the bonus.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even if it took off.

Starter: £600 cap − £300 fee = £300 bonus; Standard: £1,000 cap − £500 fee = £500 bonus; Premium: £1,500 cap − £800 fee = £700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Simulator

First run: 303 videos, 1.8M views a month, £10,050 cost, £5.74 per 1,000 views against a £1.00 target. Hitting it takes 4.2% viral videos or 21,711 median views.

To hit £1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +£50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × £1,000 = £10,000 base + 1 bonus × £50 = £10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = £10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = £5.74 against a £1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Organic to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Pick winners

At the Monday review, list the organic videos with the lowest cost per 1,000 views against the £1 target.

  2. Clear the rights

Get written permission from the creator and recheck the claims sheet before any video is used as an ad.

  3. Test as paid

Run each winner as one test, one variable at a time, with the creator's hook unchanged.

  4. Scale or kill

Winners get more spend. Losers are killed early and the hook goes back to the library.

From the video to the checkout

  • Lash Growth Serum 1ml page, where 53,262 reviews are shown, for serum videos.
  • Subscribe & save, with the 20% offer, for routine and reorder videos.
  • Take the quiz! page for videos that start with a lash, brow or hair question.
  • The first-order offer of 10% off for creator videos aimed at new buyers.
  • Set and kit pages for unboxings, closing on free shipping over £25.

Category rules

Beauty: lash, brow and hair serums

Creators film real routines. The brand's wording carries every result, and nothing goes beyond it. Ten creators, seven videos each per week, one sheet.

  • Brand wording only

Every result line is copied from the claims sheet and said as UKLASH's own. If a line is not on the sheet, the creator does not say it.

  • Results are the study's

Percentages come from the brand's studies, such as a 4-week clinical study of 29 participants. Creators say the study said it, never that they got it.

  • No hair-loss promises

The supplement and hair serums carry hair-loss wording that stays with the brand. Creators film the routine and do not promise outcomes.

  • Results may vary

When a result is quoted, creators also say that results may vary. The brand's own footnote uses the same words.

  • Paid label every time

Every video carries the paid partnership label, on the video and in the caption. No label means no bonus and no payment for that video.

  • No edits, no comparisons

No filters on lashes or brows, no before and after in different light, and no comparisons with other brands. One break means the video is pulled.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
